Step 1 — Parastart
• Take 2 teaspoons once daily before breakfast.
• Continue until the product is finished.
Step 2 — Paraflush
• Shake well before use.
• Take 25ml in filtered water before bed each evening.
• Continue until finished.
Step 3 — Paraclean
• Once Paraflush is complete, begin Paraclean.
• Take 12–15 drops before breakfast and before the evening meal.
• Continue taking Parastart each morning until all products are finished.
