Of course we all know that drinking water is good for our health. But, did you know the pH of your water can have an even bigger impact on your body than you might think? You may have already heard about the benefits of eating an alkaline diet but what about the benefits of drinking alkaline water…

pH is measured on a scale from 0-14 and indicates if something is more acidic (pH under 7) or alkaline (pH over 7). We checked our tap water and were surprised how low the pH was! Even a slight change in pH can make a big difference to your health!
