The above foods have been through a natural organic fermentation process using organic bacteria.

PROBIOTICS: The following probiotic strains have been used in the fermentation process of Probiotic Foods, and are cultured from food—not dairy, fecal matter or laboratory bred: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Delbrueckii, Lactobacillus Caseii, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Caucasus, Lactobacillus Fermenti, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Brevis, Lactobacillus Helveticus, Lactobacillus Leichmannii, Lactobacillus Lactis, Bifidabacterium Bifidum, Saccharomyces Boulardii, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.

Serving Suggestions
1 teaspoon per day (Maximum 3)
First time users start with 1/8th teaspoon and gradually increase to 1/2 a teaspoon on rising and 1/2 a teaspoon before bed in pure water or juice. Can be added to a green smoothie, your favourite recipes or sprinkled on your meals.
(Not to be mixed with citrus juice.)
